Booking advances paid online are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for rescheduling only.
For Glam Store orders, refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
